even i think its a case of parasitic twin...it came in news paper in India about 1 yr ago..

Oh yeah, its a case of parasitic twin. But interestingly he just accompanied another patient and his twin hasn't bothered him all these years!!!! And his very own limbs were normal, but he isn't married..
