Acne or anything Else

Upon seeing his photographs, it seems like erythematous papules and he describes small hard pustules filled with white fluid and blackheads and erythematous papules with whitish pus blood. These eruptions are on neck, upper back, shoulders, and thighs and hips area.

This is a picture of a 1-year-old marasmatic girl with generalized papular rash with dried ulcerated skin eruption. Parents reporting it to be just for 3 dayas and this is associated with itching which is worse in the morning and apparently one family member also have rash.
