Dr. Amit told you the right one. but add Montelucast with levocetrizine!
follow the azithromycine for 5 day plus add Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day (also an antibiotic)!! remember--dnt take it empty stomach!
then just wear mufler to cover your neck upto chin!!!! n try to cover ur nose if possible! ust continue this for 5 days and let us know afterwards!
And one very important thing----- Take your meal on time and everyday have something to eat before going for class!! In that case you'll catch NO INFECTION !!! =))
this will definitely help! =) будь здоровой))

it's better to start the treatment)) A little antibiotic won't do anything wrong)) in russia most common is flu) then comes a very scary one which i dnt wanna mention. =)
Permalink Reply by Dindukurthi Sudhakar on November 14, 2013 at 4:35pm Flu is loosely attributed to viral fever and not any bacterial infection.
Antibiotics have to be chosen appropriately and used with the correct dosage and the proper duration.

Permalink Reply by Dindukurthi Sudhakar on November 14, 2013 at 5:01pm Thats not a rational way of managing an illness. Cause has to be identified and a proper regimen has to be decided upon.
Permalink Reply by Tilak Ashokbhai Sevak on November 14, 2013 at 5:07pm and how you gonna find that cause?
Permalink Reply by Sarang Dhage on November 15, 2013 at 11:27pm Doing Culture n sensitivity test : of pharyngeal specimens, nasal swabs etc will aid the diagnosis
i agree after getting a flu there could be a secondary bacterial infections .
or it could be primary bacterial infection also, as we cant surely make difference between those.
But for that it should be diagnosed first: ^
Side effects by taking direct antibiotics : Nowadays by
just spontaneous wide use of antibiotics -RESISTANT BACTERIAS are developing!!
n if its flu , antibiotic will not help, just adding other complications n .
and of course a strong will power will definitely add to ease the discomfort :)
Permalink Reply by Biswas Bikram Kharel on November 17, 2013 at 12:18pm Steam inhalation twice daily with levocetrizine(hs)will simply resolve if its viral.Antibiotic(Amoxi+clav) could be helpful(first check for ur tonsills and Pharynx for pyogenic follicles).
I had same problem and with steam alone I got relieved.
