Permalink Reply by RIZWAN AHMED on December 1, 2012 at 12:13pm granuloma annulare typically is non inflammatory and not reddish like this. there will be yellowish papules in annular distribution. this patient has inflammatory lesions which appear actually as excoriated papules in groups
there are no apparent bullae present. diabetic bullae are typically large and not like small vesicles

It looks bacteria impetigo to me therefore I recommend to apply GV and provide some Oral antibiotics
