DISCOID ECZEMA

it is a good thought

diabetic dermopathy

Granuloma Annulare vs. Bullosis Diabitecorum with ruptured blisters ??

granuloma annulare typically is non inflammatory and not reddish like this. there will be yellowish papules in annular distribution. this patient has inflammatory lesions which appear actually as excoriated papules in groups

there are no apparent bullae present. diabetic bullae are typically large and not like small vesicles

Nummular Dermatitis

good thought

its same as discoid eczema

shin spots

to be sincere i have no idea.

what is the correct diagnosis..sir???

ok, no one knows... please tell me the exact diagnosis !

It looks bacteria impetigo to me therefore I recommend to apply GV and provide some Oral antibiotics
