empyema neccisitans with bronchopleural fistula
i think this is a chronic condition, based on the surrounding skin changes....so i go with it.....
it may not be empyema neccisitans......there is a previous scar.
sinus may be from previous surgical site
Abscess which has opened spontaneously?
Pleural abscess
Broncoplueral fistuala, the other healed scar may be of previous intercostal drainage tube .May be of ?tubeculous etiology.
