the most peobable diagnosis for ur prblm is seborrhoeic dermatitis ....

1st take tt for fungal P. capitis (tab fluconazole 150 mg wkly once and Keaconazole shampoo 3x per wks) i think it will help

thank you ...... sir

I agree with your diagnosis.

Here in Brazil, the protocol to treat is:

- attack dose --> fluconazole 150mg 1 pill per day along 3 days

- maintenance dose --> fluconazole 150mg 1 pill per week along 6-8 weeks + ketaconazole shampoo twice a day, everyday, along 3 weeks.

I also agree with the diagnosis, but I would suggest an additional treatment with biotin supplements 5mg per day for 2 weeks.
i'm agreeing al those treatment..
Bt a simple technique is mix lemon juice with olive oil..apply it on scalp and keep it for 10 min..after that wash it off.continue for 1 week..
Sir i dont know the principle behind it..it is highly effective..

Its good news that u are responding well with initial treatment. Then don't try new regime. Do regular follow up.

Hair growth 'll take much more time, so u can't see that much change right now. Don't worry.

Best wishes.

thank you very much evry1 for helping me out....

i m responding well to the flucanozole ..... hairfall reduced considerably ... dandruff is not dat much recurring as it used to if i didnt wash my hair even for 2 days ...

my regime dat helped me was
LOADING dose : 150 mg for 3 days
maintainence dose : 50 mg for last 2 weeks still for next 4 weeks
