Birth Mark

This is a 6 yr old girl who came to me for fever and cough. Incidentally I found this lesion. It is present since birth. It has increased from about 1cm now to about 4 cm . No itching. What is your diagnosis?

I'm guessing malignant melanoma. But ofcorse you nees testa to confirm. Look for melanocytes in the Pathological report.
