1st MBBS Failure

Hey guys I have a doubt I just gave my 1st year exam I don't know if I'll pass I want to know that if I fail in all three subjects then what will happen what is further procedure will I have give supplementary or i will have to give exam wid my juniors ? I have given exam for Maharahtra University of Health Science Nashik please I need help ..... I don't know further procedure I don't have seniors in our college we are the 1st batch pleaseeee help...!
my topic is kinda different it's that I did not study at all so now I believe I will fail my results are yet to come I don't know further procedure my friends say you have to pass atleast 1 paper so u can give supplementary exam other wise if u fail all three papers you will be put in a odd batch or repeaters as people like to call I don't know anything we don't have seniors in our college no guidance from teachers I don't know anything please anyone who know any information please comment pleaseee
